Smoked up some legs and ABT's for a party we hosted celebrating my sons 1st birthday yesterday. Everything came out wonderful! Smoked the legs at about 375-400ish using almond as fuel. Seasoned the legs w/ poultry Spade-L-Ranch. Brushed half of them w/ Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, and half w/ sweet and sour about 15 minuets before I pulled them @ 170 internal. Enjoy!
