Well, I wanted to have something good to enjoy while watching the playoffs this weekend.  Decided on chicken and ribs.

Started by getting the Charbroil CB600X up to speed.

Got some rubs out.  I am not one to reinvent the wheel when there are good rubs on the market.

The finished product.  Turned out great.  Really enjoyed the games too with my wife.

Looks mighty juicy. How'd it taste?
It was absolutely delicious.  Have you ever pulled the meat off of a chicken and had the entire skeletal structure still remaining?  I was even deciding whether or not to hold on to the wish bone.  The ribs also came right off the bone.  The chicken made great barbecue and the rib meat was peeled off and dipped in bbq sauce.  Good times.  You know, the best times in this life are wonderful meals with people you love.  I bet you would be a good guy to break bread with.
