Good job.  Looks nice and juicy.  It's gotta be cool to be able to smoke without going outside. I think I would do a whole lot more overnight smokes if i could just go check on the meat in my bare feet and underwear...lol.

Doesnt your house fill up with smoke?

i usually smoke in my detached garage so im out of the elements, makes the garage smell good for quite a while afterwards. I could only imagine how good your house smells like after!

Those are some good looking loins, but I have the same question as xj. How do you keep the house from filling up with smoke?

No you can't smell it upstairs and my basement doesn't fill up with smoke. The cellar room does which i don't care and this is why : http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/forum/thread/102477/my-basement-smoker-build#post_584234
