Spares spares spares with QVIEW.

Went to Costco and picked up 2 racks of spares. I was going to trim to St. Louis but decided to keep em all natural. Rub'd em down with my rub and let em sit for 20 minutes while the GOSM stretched her legs. Loaded down with Hickory and let it chug along at 225˚. Norm I spray with AJ every hour but I decided to keep it simple and let it go. I did 3-1.75-.75 These turned out extremely good.

Here are the pictures.

Love the pull back on those.  I always tell my wife it is like having a mini handle for your meat.
