Been busy today. Threw on a large looking tenderloin. One side rubbed with chiptole/cinnamon for the wife & kids, one side with southeren succor rub for me.
Started with this, left the cap on & smoked with it up
All rubbed & snugg
Almost four hours later
Plated & ready
