I checked out Sams club yesterday when I was there to see if they had any of the turkey but they don't except for the precooked packaged stuff that is ground to mush then formed and cooked and I don't want that. I will have to keep my eyes open for them to come to Sams as my wife swears she has seen them there before.

Looking good. Any more Qview? I need to see if I can find some of those boneless turkey breasts around here. Do they come in those bags or do you put them in there?

 Hey Rob,

I picked them up at Safeway. They come in the string net bags and unfortunately are aleady injected with a 15% solution..... that is why I didn't brine them. I opted to just give them a good rub down with primarily herbs and very little salt since the injection uses salt.

I have pulled the turkey off and am getting ready to pull the pork butt for resting. Then I have to go run some errands, but should have finished pictures up later.

I don't ever recall seeing them at Costco (west coast version of Sam's). But most of the big chain stores carry them Safeway, Albertsons, Krogers, ect. The trick is finding them at an affordable price. Theser did turn out good, but I think I still prefer to do this with a bone in, un-injected, turkey breast - then you can brine them and getter better flavor.
