OK folks i got my WSM last week and i did my first smoke on it today.. I would like to say that this WSM is unreal when holding temps. I bought a BBQ guru when i got the WSM i didn't use it today i wanted to see how the WSM help temp on its own well turns out i don't think i will need the BBQ guru. It was only 20 degrees out today and this thing just held right and 225-230 just amazing.
ribs all rubbed up and ready for the smoker.
