It's a new year and time to make new smoke. I'am starting off the year making beef jerky. It is in my homemade smoker and slowly driying so that i can send the smoke to it. Will post pics as warranted.jerky 1.jpg

Looks good sofar!!! what kind of recipe did you use,homemade or store bought?

I use homemade only, I dont like a lot of salt and it seems that in all store brands the main ingrediant is salt.
