2ea 7.5lb Boston Butt's on smoker at 6am this morning.Starting them at 275 for around 3-4 hours then backing them off, want to serve around 7 tonight..

It makes pork taste awesome, then I also put about 8-10 cloves of garlic in slits inside the Butt..
