My CHRISTmas dinner

Well, the in laws said they didn't want to cook for the holiday, so they bought a pork loin for me to smoke!  I coated with yellow mustard, rubbed some new seasonings my MIL got for me and let it set overnight.  Got the MES to 225*, apple/maple smoke going and let 'er rip!  Was VERY well received!  Smoked for about 3 hours.

Wife made a potato casserole thing that was awesome as well (next time-- goes in the smoker!! biggrin.gif)

Yum, dude!  Nice way to keep the inlaws from declaring you an outlaw!!!  I like the emphasis on the reason for the season too!  Blessings, brother!
