I caught a rare moment when Gloria agreed to let me take some pics of the tamale assembly.

No buttons, no bows... but it's wrapped. No plated pics, they'll be steaming for a few more hours... I think I can wait.

Oh Rich those are going to be amazing - Give her a great big hug for us. Tamales are a true labor of love - not to mention a lot of talent. Awesome
