Going to make some chuck roast, wanted to know what temp to take pulled and sliced thanks.

Well you are talking about 2 different things. If you want to slice it, I pull mine out at around 190 and if I am going to pull it, I take it to 205. In both cases I foil at 165 and let it rest for at least an hour wrapped in towels in a cooler
