my name is Joe and I am from Boston. I have a brinkman charcoal grill with the side smoker.

I am just starting out and will try out anything and drink as much beer as I need to get the job done! let me know any suggestions.

 The best advice i can give is to read , read and read some more.

 There are post about modifications you can do to improve the function of your SFB . If you have questions just ask and someone will try to help.

not sure how to post images but i did some ribs this weekend. they came out great but i could not get the temp up past 200.

It's easy to post pictures, just click on the insert image icon at the top of the text box and pick the file to upload. As far as the temp goes do you mean the rib temp. or the smoker temp?
