Yep. Its been a few weeks since ive smoked something and twice as long since ive q-viewed so were knockin them dead tomorrow morning with a first time brisket, chuck and Bbacks.
Any last minute advice? Brisket im gonna take to 195. Chuck is going to 165 and the ribs im gonna try the 3-2-1. Using an assortment of rubs, i just kinda winged it and im gonna use JD's aged barrel chips and some hickory chunk for all three. Hoping for the best!
