tried something different this weekend   took a pound of churiz and used it for a fattie

filled it with mushrooms,bacon, jalapeno cheese and green chili peppers

Wow Rick - that looks incredible. That Espanol sausage is obviously not very fatty. It looks like you did not loose much in cooking. Since I am making my own chorizo I need to try that one for sure
 
I thought about doing one with chorizo!! I am so glad it looks like it worked well. :)

I just had an idea !! Kielbasa !! Stuffed with pierogi, which are of course, stuffed with kraut !!
 
hey thunder   the churizo  is not really spicy,  but if you coat it with hurricae sauce look out youll be breaking a sweat quick and grabbing a cold beer to help
