Thanx for the reply, and the greeting. I had never even heard of "Smoker's" until I saw a show on the Food Network about America's Best Barbecue Joints. What I thought was barbecuing, was actually grilling. Throwing stuff over hot charcoal. As soon as I saw that "Low & Slow" was the way to go, I got myself the Original Bradley Smoker. That was about 2 months ago. I've used it about 20 times, and it has been flawless. I never dreamed that food could taste this good, and that I could make it. And I barely have any idea what I'm doing yet. I'm really grateful that there is a whole world of "Smoker's" out there willing to share, and help "Newbies" like me.
