Hi there! My name is David and I live in Minneapolis, MN. I just got a 30" MES although I have been smoking in a flower pot for a couple years. It was time to take a step up. Since I was upgrading, I drove over to Todd's and picked up an A-MAZE-N-SMOKER. Planning on cold smoking some bacon and making some jerky to start.
In the meantime, I have a little butchering to do of a couple of Does I stumbled across this year.
