Breast is currently 160 deg but the thigh is at 150 deg.
Should I just go until the thigh area is at 160 and pull. It will be wrapped and in a cooler for ~ 1 hr before we eat?

Breast meat always cooks faster. You should have chilled the breast meat with a bag of ice for 20 minutes before starting. You run the risk of drying out the breast meat if you go much longer. You could try using some foil to deflect the heat from the breast. Maybe others might have some other ideas.
