Happy thanksgiving to everyone on this nice forum.
I've been cooking since 3am for 6 slabs of bb ribs to prepare for our thanksgiving supper at 6pm today (it's my first time to show my family this new hobby). By the calculation, the ribs will be done by 10am. I have to go to work after that, and won't be back until 5pm. How do I store the ribs and still keep them warm for dinner at 6pm ? Do I need to put them in oven just before serving again?
