In the smoker, 2 racks of spare ribs, one rack of babyback, and two pans of stuffed mushrooms. To compliment the main meal, we are having some steamed vegies and baked potatos. Here is a few pictures of the beginning... As of right now. we are very close to taking out and foiling of the ribs, and will also cover the stuffed mushrooms (stuffed with crab, shredded mozz, bacon bits and capped with provalone, p.s. i cant spell)

the full smoker is after the first hour of having the spare ribs in and adding the babybacks! Hopefully will have my wife get some pictures during the foiling of the ribs and covering of the shrooms.... I really hope these turn out as good as it all smells!
