Got a late start today, but we are rolling now. Saw a thread about "moink" balls so I had to try. (2) butts on for about 4 hours now.
Burk, nice pics. I really like Moink balls, I stick cheddar cheese cubes inside a sausage ball and wrap in bacon, they are about the size of a golf ball.
Your Moinks look really good and the butts are coming along nicely. I like your SFB door with the flames.
I agree with the Rd king and you need some cheese inside the balls. I know that means that you can't use pre-made meatballs but I think that the flavor would be much better with the cheese inside.
I'm converted! Next batch I promise. BTW the boss is whipping up some real meatballs for a party next Friday, I think I will hijack some. lol
