 I had a significant amount of leftover chicken from my smoke on Sunday, so I decided to try it as chicken alfredo and I'm glad I did. I did up some shrooms with olive oil and minced garlic. I planned on making my own cream sauce which is great but I was overruled due to caloric issues with my sauce. Anyway just got some classico 4 cheese alfredo which is good. I put a quick sear on the chicken, and added everything into the pool with a small can of peas. Try it out sometime if you've got leftover yardbird. If you already like chicken alfredo, you'll love it with smoked chicken.

Now that looks awesome from here specially since I haven't eaten dinner yet. I could really use some of that for sure.
 
Ok Steve -  I know how bad the sauce you used is so what is your recipe that is so much worse than this one.  If you send it to me I will put it into Living Cookbook for ya and send you the nutrition stats.

Looks great Steve! I am working on a recipe for smoked chicken alfredo to enter into the MES contest! LOL! I could eat anything with pasta every day! Love that stuff. And I do not want to know how many calories per serving either!
 
That looks great. I bascially do the same thing as you did but use my hot venison sausage all the time and we just love it. I bet the chicken was AWESOME in it to. I might have to give that a try next time.

 Man that sounds good too. I've had venison several ways but never sausage. My sisters boyfriend is a hunter I may have to get him interested in sausage making!
