Decided to throw a couple different things on the smoker today.  This is only my second chuck roast so i am hoping it comes out good.  My plan is to foil at 165 and then cook to 205, but if anybody has any better methods let me know.

Nice looking smoke, makin me hungry with that smorgasbord!!!!  Sounds like you have a great plan, i wouldn't change a thing and that chuckie will turn out awesome.

Where did you get that wire mesh pan that your nuts are in, that thing is awesome.  I've never seen one like that before.

My wife got the mesh pan at a pampered chef party.  She will not tell me how much it cost, so I am sure it was way to much.  It is a really nice pan and holding up well.

The ABTs and snack sticks are off the smoker.  We eat the ABTs so fast it was hard to get a picture of the of the last few.  The snack sticks were good as well.  The chuck roast is at 150 and holding.
