Me?  Nah, not me.  I know you're big on heads up competition, but you should have noticed last August, I didn't smoke anything that competited with you and Sean.  It's just not my thing.  Your guests went away stuffed though, and that's what it's all about.  Good eats, plenty of adult beverage, lots of b.s.  Hey, you and Dana know how to toss a BBQ party.  I'm working on Beef Nuggets.  Sides, I can always do Flanken Ribs Man Candy.

Maybe I missed it, but did you foil it? Or leave it smokin' the whole time? FWIW In my one successful brisket, foiling was what made the difference, I believe. I foiled at 165* and took it to 202*.
