Here is a tritip with some great rub from my friends the Two Irish Fools

 

 

The first nite we sliced it and had it with some baked taters

Looks Great Gary but I don't see any hot sauce on the table...  Can't have Tacos and No Hot Sauce...

I really want to try tri tip that looks so good. Don't see that cut in NC, I need to get in good with a real butcher. This post gave me a kick in the pants to get on the ball and find me some tri tip!

Ah but the Pico de Gallo is full of jalopenos - I love the spicy stuff

Those tacos look killer, did you make the Pico de Gallo yourself? Man those fresh maters and stuff have to be great.
