I have a mes smoker and I was wondering how you guys clean the inside of them out. I have done right around 10 or 12 smokes in it and there is black Burnt grease and such on the inside of it. I was wondering what anyone else uses or any tips on cleaning it. Thanks a lot guys

When your pork butt hits an internal temp of 100 I spray mine down with apple juice and captin morgan about every hour. Then when u foil it spray a lot of that mix on it and foil it. Has worked great for me both times that I have done pulled pork.
There is a scanner out there that will scan thing and put them into folders for you. To my understanding u just scan the paper and you tell it what it is and you can make a book out of it that way. I have seen it on tv alot. Dont know anything other than that. Hope this helps
