thanks Ken, I'm getting dried out eyeballs right now reading everything :) If I can make some great beef ribs, I'll be really happy, I got going on this when I figured out how to make something simple, a smoked tri-tip roast, it's sooooo good but it's easy to do. Now I need a challenge heh heh... -
