    Brisket advice

    I'm starting a 9lber tomorrow any advice will be greatly appreiciated. Temp to cook at and approx cooking time, mops etc. Using a DBS.

    Smokin in the snow

    I have a masterbuilt 7 in 1 have had for about 2 years but am thinking of getting a Bradley digital smoker any comments good bad or otherwise would be appreciated. Smoked a prime rib for Christmas it turned out amazing. Look forward to learning alot more on this site.
