Pros: No flare ups, hard to burn stuff, great tasting food.
Cons: When trying to use it as a smoker stuff tends to dry out. Also only gets to 450º so no searing.
If you want smoky tasting chicken, burgers, brats, pork chops etc, this grill is great. Little upkeep and easy to keep clean and light. Suck up the pellet ash every 5th or 6th cook with the shop vac and keep the hopper full of pellets and its good to go.
Never had much luck with it with ribs butts brisket etc.
Still use it 6-10 times a year, no problems with it ever.
