Pros: Has tons of great ideas and well written.
Cons: A lot of exotic ingredients that in some cases are hard to sub.
There is one recipe that is hands down the single best way to cook a steak...and it uses..wait for it...a hair dryer to stoke the coals and get them very hot for that perfect steak.
There is just about anything in there and the guy is not all fluff so it is all in all a good read. I strongly suggest putting this in your grilling library.
