Stumps Baby Smoker

Posted

Pros: Good size for back yard use, also great 2nd smoker for comps when needing another temp

Cons: Wish a full size foil pan would fit inside

Actuall rcved the baby in Feb 2010. I have cooked on it almost every weekend since. It is my Second of three Stumps Smokers I have owned. I use a BBQ GURU DigiQ with it and it holds temps better than my household oven. The GURU is not a must have since the Baby has a positive draft. The GURU just makes life a little easier. I get a little over an hourburn per pound of charcoal.  It is a cooking machine!
