Pros: Easy, line w/foil put in a very small amount of yur fav wood,set temp,walk away 14 hrs later Wow!
Cons: whar to do whit all my wood chips I've collected!
Got mine in early August and have used it for ribs (which always messed w/me) they where great. Smoked 2 Whole chickens ,outstanding. Now working on Baked beans and a 14.5 brisket! running out of stuff to smoke!
