The Memphis Pro is a pellet unit that has the ability to slow smoke at a temperature of 180 degrees F and grill at a temperature of 650 degrees F.  The convection oven feature makes it possible to bake breads or even use it as a wood fired pizza oven. It does it all.

The Pro's temperature select control panel allows you to choose between smoking or cooking by setting the temperature you want to use.

You just sit back and relax while the Pro does the work. I've been very happy with the unit.

I should mention that the Memphis Pro won two Vesta awards for this year (2010) Best in Show Outdoor and Best in Category.   This is a great combination smoker/grill.
