Works great, easy to use, would definitely recommend!

Pros: Wireless, long cord from probe to base, very easy to set up and use, multiple settings for different meats and desired temps.

Cons: Only one probe, timer only goes up to 99:99 minutes.

I bought this at Lowe's so I probably overpaid just a bit, but it was still very affordable. Since I purchased this thermometer, I have not overcooked one single thing in my smoker or grill. I use it all the time. I have used it for probably 10 mos and have yet to replace the batteries. I think for the cost and functionality, you'd be hard pressed to find a better value on such a useful thermometer.

Pros: Wireless can take unit with you in house while cooking

Cons: Settings are preset to internal temps.

First off Walmart sells them for $12-$13 Lowes for about $19.95. Probe is long and allows me to run the line on any shelf in my smoker while plugged into the base. Consists of long probe that plugs into base. Remote unit . Seems to be very accurate never really tested it for perfection. You can set a high temp and it will beep when temp is reached. Timer not good for smoking only runs for couple hours.
