Pros: takes little space, lots of options. takes a beating

love this thing. I have entry level foodsaver that i used for 3 years until i killed it. I always used it at least weekly with a minium of 20lb of meat. So once that died i looked around and went this way. i love the fact that it has options to do marinators and other accessories. The fact that you can put your rolls inside and has a slider cutter. Love that. The only issue i have so far with it is that when i create a bag afer a few it becomes difficult for me anyways to get it to slide in and start the seal. it likes to curl from the heat. I will say i love how nice that it does seal. once i break this one i would go for it again. Unless it isn't an option anymore. I hope that it will take the abuse the 1st one took and more. on year one. lets see what year 2 has for me.
