Pros: Awesome heat control. Large searing pad
Cons: Stainless steel is thin. When temps get high the grill will expand.
To explain my one con about the grill. When you are heating the grill to high temps (600-800) for searing the grill will twist. The stainless isn't rigid enough to withstand the heat. I have installed turnbuckles in the grill to add some rigidity.
