I have only had this a week but loving it so far. Heat up is quick and easy to maintain.
It is easy to use, plug it in hit the power button and set your temp after the pre-programmed warm up which takes it up to about 475.
I was considering the CS-570 but the extra 5 inches of cooking area pushed me over to the CS-680.
Awesome piece of equipment.
