Pros: Simple to use, no water pan or soaking chips.
Cons: None that I can think of.
This is a great smoker, its basically set it and forget it. It is well insulated and very efficient wood wise, just a couple ounces will take care of a butt or brisket. I have had it going on 7 years and never had any issues with it, its built like a tank.
