Nice Smoker !

Pros: Nice unit for the money. Small enough to handle big enough to hold quite a bit of meat

Cons: Baffle plates should have been add, but purchased elsewhere. Would be nice to have a drain for cleaning. After minor modifications works excellent!

Decent COS but with a couple mods does a good job.

Pros: Affordable, Easy to use for beginner, Comes with grill racks for offset to enable grilling when not smoking.

Cons: Leaks a little around the doors of the cooker.

Even though this is a COS living out here on Guam with warm temperature year around it does a good job of holding temp.  Able to use charcoal or all sticks. Requires a couple mods for even heat distribution across the cooking chamber.  Overall all good value and would recommend for anyone starting out.

You get what you pay for...with some mods, it does a decent job

Pros: decent quality

Cons: leaky doors and joints, thinnish metal

I wasn't expecting a whole lot, and that's what I got. With a tube of silicone and a couple mods, this smoker works well enough. The steel isn't as thin as the very cheap models offered by other manufacturers, but it isn't very thick either. I like the door on the end, an improvement over the CG Smokin Pro, which I owned before this one. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. More info at their website.
