I love my grill/smoker. I hear people talk about having to tend to the smoker, they just want a grate taste but don't like the work. I just finished smoking up 30# of chicken, 4 slabs of ribs and a Boston Butt Started about 11am and just finished at 1am..and while that was going on I made 3lb of baked beans and a large bowl of potato salad that was a long day, oh but what they will taste I can't put it in words. So stop complaining and learn to love the joy of true smoking. Remember it takes time don't rush it slow is always better.
