If all it did was turkey, I wouln't have bothered. But I have done turkey, chickens, burgers, salmon, chops, pork tenderloin, beef tenderloin, shish kabob....you name it. The food comes out nice and crisp on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Safe and easy to use, no worries about boil over or spilling hot oil and burning the place down. It's a must have for your outdoor cooking arsenal.
