great slow cooker and roaster.Icooked pulled pork on this turned out great.ITS ALMOST impossible to get smoke flavor from this cooker tho smoke box is to high.The box is above the meat  so hardly no smoke flavor gets to the meat.the only other draw back is the basket.These are the only big flaws with this cooker.

This is a home run product! Extremely versatile - it's first and most obvious use is to be a "turkey cooker" as it comes with a basket and it has the overall shape of a turkey fryer..( But that description alone  omits it's other talents.) This thing will give you the best , cleanest, safest - nearly "deep fried" turkey you ever had! It will handle a turkey up to 25 lbs. So - capacity is great.  It uses infra-red to cook so the  heat distribution is excellent, and the skin will get nice and brown - like a fried turkey.
