Pros: Strength, Burner Size,
I've had and used this burner for well over 3 years, At first I used it to fry chicken wings on sunday for the football games and turkey's for thanksgiving. I then started used it to brew beer. It does take a little while for it to bring 8 gallons of water to a boil. But it can get 3 gallons of oil to 350 in about 20-30 mins depending on the ambient temperature and wind. I store this under the shelf of my grill outside, it's held up fine with no signs of rust or deterioration. If a part were to fail, it would be an easy fix anyway, you can buy the burner and the hose/regulator online all over the place.
