The Kamado Joe classic is expensive but I feel it is the best value for money on the ceramic kamado market. I'm still amazed every time I do a low-slow cook how little charcoal it uses. And the temperature control is as close to set and forget as you can get without an auto controller. Pros: Huge cooking area and it comes with cast iron grates.

Cons: Thin metal and gaps all over the place. Takes alot of work to get it working well.

Masterbuilt 30-Inch Smokehouse Smoker

Pros: Time saving, does an excellent job, uses any kind of wood without having to buy pellets,biscuits etc.

Cons: Bad reputation of the heating element not lasting very long and no replacement part, I used mine 9-time before the haeting element burned out.
