    321 has worked excellent for me,,,just gotta be careful when pulling them outta the foil.I use some big tongs, actually 2 to get them back in the pit to firm up some.

    Did my 1st Picnic this past weekend and it came out great. I have my Son's B-day party this Sunday and he wants pulled pork again. So having never done a Butt, is it any better for pulled pork over a shoulder? My current plan is to cook saturday and reheat in crockpot for the party Sunday. Thanks

    I need to bring the internal temps to around 200 for pulling right? 1st one for me, have had it on since 8am, pit holding 235-250, internal temp is just breaking 180 now. Was in the 160 range for a couple hrs. Thanks
