    This does sound very interesting.  Does smoking it add anything?  I was thinking of slow smoking it in my Bradley.  Thanks for a great recipe and discussion..  Gotta try this.

    Thanks, yep I should have retired 6 years ago.  It is great to do what I want to do, which is smoking and gardening.  By the way, I sure had a lot of great smoked pork and chicken in Georgia.  Southerners truly know how to smoke and grill that stuff.
