Yard bird up in smoke. First bird.

    Smoke sum thighs on our black mes 30. Put temp at 275 which net bout 292 on mine. Smoked em 3 hours with apple and temp was 180.

    They lookin pretty tastee! Did you rub them with something?

    Rubbed them with what I call "007 secret rub" but it was just a mix of poultry rubs of what I searched on here and stuff I had around house. Put sum sauce on them for the last 30 min. I didn't use amnps just tried to get tbs from apple chips and hickory chunks.

    Very good job.  Nice use of chips and chunks.
