Searched for this and couldn't find anything. obviously a huge price difference. Both have good reviews i'm looking at a used 22.5 wsm for $250 not sure if that's a good price for used. Or go the really cheap route and looking at a masterforge bullet style. Which one would you choose? This is my first smoker.

I do not know anything about the Masterforged but switched from a propane smoker this year to a WSM and absolutely love it.  It is all Weber quality and super easy to use.  As mentioned you get what you pay for.

I took the plunge. Bought a used 22.5 wsm for 225 bucks. Looks pretty good I don't think the guy used it a much.

You won't reget it. I look forward to your cooks.

I recommend the book Low and Slow by Gary Wiviott. If you follow the lessons (and overlook his schtick) you will KNOW your cooker.
