Got some wings and csr on the WSM! Smoke from cherry and pecan cooking around 225*.
Okay two levels full tossing some brats in the gasser! Johnsonville bacon and cheddar brats sounded good.
Should be tasty!

Wings are finished! Pork is chopped and back in the smoke!

Thx, I should of tuned the heat up on the burnt ends but just let them ride.
