I am so tired of windyyyy weather, so I went down to the lumber yard today and bought some treated wood and built a wind break on my deck. I was going to smoke last night (to windyyy), so I started smoking at 4:00pm eastern today and the temps on the WSM are holding steady, gotta love that WSM. The 4 butts are above 140* over briquettes, hickory and cherry. I just added water to the water pan and it looks like the coals can go all night.
